Launching a flexible identity system for an architecture and interiors consultancy

Lantern creates new branding for Space Shack, an architecture and interior design practice that's reshaping London living. 


Space Shack is an architecture and interior design practice delivering custom design, build and project management for residential and commercial properties across London. We defined the brand proposition as 'Live, work and play, your way', reflecting their personalised, customised approach to business before developing a playful typographic branding system which visually represents the flexibility they bring to small space transformation.

The logo and typographic system utilises extended characters to visually 'play' with the space in which it occupies. Often flexing through photography, the clean, minimal system reflects the design style of the interiors Space Shack creates. A blend of natural textures and lifestyle photography deliver a clean, open plan feel to marketing materials. Online, animated typography brings further play and flexibility to the brand.

Following the brand launch, Space Shack Founder Omar Bhatti said: "Lantern quickly understood our business and helped us to define the very essence of our brand. The new identity and design system perfectly represents the flexibility, intelligence and precision we bring to our projects."
